On Monday night the King’s Bruton Girls’ U16 Indoor Hockey team were crowned Somerset County Champions for the third year in a row!

The team won all four of their matches in what was a round robin competition. In the opening match versus King’s College, King’s Bruton had too much quality for their opponents as they won 13-0, having been 11-0 up at half time. The next match was a highly entertaining contest with Millfield which King’s won 2-1 following a close fought encounter. 8-0 and 9-0 victories versus Wellington and Taunton School respectively in their final two matches saw King’s crowned as county champions for the third time. The team can now look forward to the West of England Finals at Cheltenham Ladies College on Saturday 3^rd December. Well done to all of the girls who took part in what was a great team effort.
