On Friday the U6^th Form BTEC Hospitality pupils visited the Roth Bar & Grill up at Hauser and Wirth.

The pupils enjoyed a cocktail masterclass with the Roth Bar & Grill's Head Barman. This trip helps fulfil the requirements of the alcoholic beverage unit which the pupils are studying. Needless to say, an enjoyable time was had by all, with the pupils learning how to make the three different types of cocktails:  built, mojitos; shaken, espresso martinis; and stirred, negronis - alongside a fresh lemonade! The pupils also watched the skills and artistry involved in the making of the hot beverages. An excellent trip! Photos from the visit can be seen in an album below.
