4th Form Discovered that Fresh Baked Rolls are Even Better than Sliced Bread

Food Science 4th Form


4th Form have been making bread rolls, to support their learning of Macro-nutrients and the function of carbohydrates in the diet.

They have also learnt about gluten formation and how yeast works to create the perfect bread roll! Next week they will be building upon this knowledge making a calzone (folded pizza) with toppings of their choice.
