Christmas has taken over the Food Studies room!

3^rd Form have been creating a village of gingerbread houses covering their houses in icing and a plethora of sweets - some of the sweets however, did not make it onto the houses. 4^th Form made ‘Ultimate’ chocolate logs perfecting their sponge recipes. Whilst 5^th Form created dishes for their assessment, cooking everything from shortbread and lemon posset to tomato soup and bread!

We hope they continue making excellent dishes over the Christmas break.
