With a catering and facility management background, Bridget has had plenty of experience when it comes to overseeing events and functions. As a qualified chef - with two grown up sons who are also chefs - Bridget also worked as a pastry chef at the renowned St Andrew’s Hospital in Northampton (where she met Princess Diana during a Royal visit) and at TV chef Gary Rhodes’ Tower 42 restaurant in London.
