In the fast moving and ever expanding world of hospitality we want to illustrate to everyone how exciting and diverse our BTEC course is here at King’s. We hope that families, friends and many people involved in the industry will follow us and see the progress made by pupils over the two year course. Life is never dull in our Department and we would like to share our adventures in the classroom and kitchen at events and on our many visits to local businesses and further afield.
