On Thursday 29^th August a group of 5^th and L6^th Form pupils had an incredibly valuable experience when they attended the Oxbridge Open Day at Oxford University.

The day was an opportunity for pupils to experience sample lectures, meet admissions tutors and get a feel of the accommodation and colleges at Oxford University. Pupils attended some fascinating talks by admissions tutors on Mathematics, Geography and PPE before exploring many different parts of the Universities. Hopefully the opportunity to attend the Open Day for one of the top universities in the world will provide pupils with plenty of inspiration and motivation as they work towards their A Levels and we will follow up last year’s Oxbridge success with more successful applicants.
