With a healthcare career ahead of them, several pupils from the L6^th Form attended a Health Related Careers Conference, hosted at Taunton School.

This provided an excellent opportunity to talk to professionals and university representatives in a wide range of healthcare fields, exploring whether such fields were right for them as individuals and how best to prepare to apply. Pupils were able to speak to vets, physiotherapists, GPs, nurses, dentists and many other professionals. In addition, they had opportunities to investigate other lesser known fields, such as pharmacology, neuroscience and diagnostic radiography.

All in it was a very valuable evening for the pupils that came, who were given further clarity on the way forward for them, and the routes they wish to take.
