A superb evening with our 6th Form vocalists...
On Friday evening we were treated to a superb evening with our 6th Form vocalists, with a huge variety of genres covered from oratorio to English song and musical theatre to popular music and more - there really was something for everybody. The concert also included two ensembles with a performance of Bishop’s Lo, Hear The Gentle Lark accompanied by piano and flute and a choral arrangement of Coldplay’s hit Yellow. It was wonderful to showcase the vocal talent we have at King’s Bruton to a large and supportive audience. The performers all rose to the occasion with real attention to delivering a sense of performance to captivate the audience.
Well done to all the performers and our thanks must go to Mr Angel and Mrs Little for their teaching and accompanying of their pupils.
