4^th Form King's Bruton pupils representing Somerset Athletics Team...

4^th Form pupils, Rory (Lyon House) and Robert (New House), went to Bedford International Athletics Arena on Saturday 17^th September for the Finals of the Combined Events Athletics, where they proudly represented Somerset Athletics Team.

Competing over 5 events, hurdles, long jump, shot putt, high jump and 800m, they gained points for their performances, which is totalled up for a final score. Both boys worked very hard, despite having a summer off after the athletics season.

Rory finished 20^th and Robert 36^th in the UK.
