Concert 4th Form

High standards at the 4th Form Concert...

On Friday 13 November a 4th Form Concert was held in the Hauser & Wirth Recital Hall and livestreamed to parents, staff, friends and family.

The standard of performance was high with Florence opening the concert with Gounod’s Meditation. There was an incredible variety of repertoire included in the concert, with classical music ranging from Handel with Niamh performing Allegro to Saint-Saëns The Swan performed so sensitively by Hayley; musical theatre from Reina singing How Could I Ever Know to Jenna performing Popular by Schwartz and popular music from Jazz in Georgie’s impressive performance of Nobody Knows the Trouble I’ve Seen to Charles singing Keane’s Somewhere Only We Know.

The Concert also featured a first public performance by an impressive and newly formed 4th Form String Trio and Vocal Trio. This provides just a small snapshot of the many outstanding performances featured in the concert. If you missed the concert then you can catch up by watching below.

All the pupils gave confident and assured performances and are to be congratulated on a superb concert. Well done to all involved!
