Swimming has started again this term after a long hiatus due to Covid. 

The Upper Sixth Boys have particularly taken advantage of this new summer activity under the supervision and guidance of Mrs Griffiths and Ms Bell-West. We have also welcomed along some junior girls to the group to support their GCSE PE as well as their own personal development, sporting prowess and additional swim training.

Both Mrs Griffiths and Ms Bell-West are avid swimmers with a strong pedigree in the sport. Lots of skills work and drills are being provided to not only adequately exhaust the swimmers but build up their speed and endurance through efficiency and confidence in the water.
