Our Science Technician, Sally Crockatt, walked 26 miles to raise funds for Macmillan...

Last weekend, I took part in the Wye Valley Macmillan Mighty Hike, walking 26 miles with my friend. We walked from Chepstow Racecourse to Monmouth Showground. The route took in some wonderful sights, Chepstow Castle, Tintern Abbey, the River Wye, the Forest of Dean, old railway tunnels and some lovely Villages. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the scenery and the comradery of the event. I took part in the event as I wanted a challenge and to raise money for Macmillan as they provide amazing support to so many people.
