4^th Form pupils have enjoyed using their creative talents this week to produce savoury couronnes in their Food Preparation & Nutrition lessons.

A Couronne is a speciality French bread where the dough is filled, rolled, cut and shaped into a ring. The pupils decided on their own filling combinations and had fun shaping their breads.

The results produced by 4^th Form were superb.
