3rd Form Battlefields Trip, returns 9:00pm
Everyone will have their favourite way to support the School, but, for us, the annual Quiz Night is, without doubt, the highlight. When we joined in 3rd Form, it was a way to meet some other parents, not only in our year group, but in older years too, and the banter with Rev'd George Beverley as Quiz Master is really worth the ticket price alone! Come by yourself, as parents or bring a family member. The more the merrier.
The Quiz Night is an evening of hilarity, glasses chinking, new friendships and good team rivalry, ending with hushed laughter back to the car park, in order to not wake the 3rd Form in Blackford, heading off to the Battlefields Trip at 4am. (You might need that fact for next year!)
We also love it is because it’s staffed by the BTEC Hospitality 6th Form pupils. From the kitchen to front of house, they work incredibly hard. You’ll be so impressed by the presentation of the charcuterie platters, the quality of the hand made desserts and top general service, they deserve such appreciation.
