We are proud that so many staff at King’s are Mental Health First Aiders.

Mental Health First Aid England is a nationally recognised qualification designed to support staff to help young people.

This means that these staff have been trained to:

• Spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues
• Have the confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress
• Be able to signpost pupils to appropriate support
• Deal with mental health emergencies
