A successful first race at Goodwood for our new 2023 team...

A successful day. Our target was to complete the race and we achieved that goal. The real stretch challenge was to get a fifth place. Battery power was dropping over the last part of the race, so we changed our tactics and focused on conserving energy. At that stage of the race, we were 5^th. We finally got over the line in a provisional 9^th place out of a class size of 16. A brilliant drive from Hannah with excellent support from Chris and the rest of the team. The competition has got harder, and we have a chance to step up to reach these higher standards. A good day and loads learnt with an opportunity to focus on some key improvements before the next race at Chivenor. Let's see how the team now takes up that challenge.
