Football: 1st XI vs Colegio Palermo Chico
After an early start, the KSB Motorsport Junior Team celebrated an outstanding debut on Sunday 14 September at Dunsfold Park, competing in their very first brace of Greenpower F24 races.
In a field of 28 teams, the Juniors secured an excellent 12th place finish in their opening race – a remarkable achievement for their first outing with the car performing without fault. The valuable experience gained during testing at the Haynes go-kart track earlier in the week proved instrumental, helping the team refine both their driving and engineering approaches ahead of the event.
The second race at the Dunsfold Park circuit (home of the legendary BBC Top Gear) saw the Junior Team continue to impress, displaying determination, teamwork, great strategy and strong problem-solving skills. Their consistent performance underlines the great potential of this new squad as they embark on their first full Greenpower season next year.
Well done to everyone involved in getting the car on track and for what was a memorable and encouraging start for the KSB Motorsport Junior Team.
