King’s Bruton 35 mile Ten Tors Training Teams had a fantastic day on the Quantocks for their final training session of the term. Glorious sunshine and no rain were the perfect conditions for walking and navigating, and both teams were in good form. The cadets were enthusiastic and walked at a very good pace! Important map reading and compass skills were explained to the walkers, as the training and weather conditions on South & North Dartmoor in the Easter Term will not be so pleasant and the terrain will be tougher. These navigational skills will be so important for the training weekends next term.

A good end to a productive term.
