The KSBMotorSport Team raced at Castle Coombe... 

On Sunday 17^th September, the KSBMotorSport Team raced in Round 11 of the IET F24+ Greenpower Championship at Castle Coombe Race Circuit in our first race back of the School year. It was the first outing for the impressive new look car which the Team have been developing. Our goal to improve the aerodynamics. In this race we managed to gain the 3^rd highest lap time in our category, but sadly experienced electrical problems which affected our competitiveness. We fought through the rain to finish the race and learnt a lot about the car. Knowledge which we will bring into the workshop as we strive to continually make progress. The Team is now going to focus on some further improvements in preparation for the International Final on October 8^th. We will be aiming to reduce vehicle mass and improve power delivery efficiency and reliability in readiness for the Final at Goodwood Motor Circuit. If you are able to come and watch us in the Final we would be delighted to welcome you there.
