An integral part of the guidance given to King’s pupils is to introduce them to the vast array of global progression opportunities available to them, alongside UK Higher Education and degree apprenticeship pathways. Hosting the International Universities Fair was a superb chance for pupils to find out about education systems across the world, and some of the leading universities that operate in them.

There was something for everybody, from leading business and hospitality schools in Europe, such as ESCP and the Swiss Education Group, and outstanding European universities, including world-leading Bocconi, the American University in Paris, and the University of Galway, to further universities from further afield, including Western Western University in Canada, Embry-Riddle in Florida/Arizona, The Catholic University of America (Washington DC), UC Santa Barbara, High Point University (North Carolina) and the exceptional Savannah College of Art and Design. For those particularly adventurous and interest in a truly global education, Minerva, based out of California, offered an education with the opportunity to study in up to 7 countries across the course of their 4 year degree!

Whether pupils are interested in Psychology or Music, Engineering or Sport, Hospitality or Law, and anything in between, there were experts there on hand to advise, guide and inform, helping them to make educated decisions for their futures.

Pupils were able to ask admissions officers about the application processes, costs, majors offered, pupil experience, accommodation, lifestyle and much more. It was a hugely valuable event, to which King’s also welcomed parents and pupils from other schools in the area, which brewed excitement, intrigue and awareness.

King’s thanks go to the visiting universities and also to The University Guys who were instrumental in bringing this international universities fair together.
