Dominic Greensmith to join King's as first Musician in Residence

We are excited to announce that Dominic Greensmith – drummer, songwriter, producer, composer and one of the founding members of Reef - is joining King’s as our first ever Musician in Residence. His role will be to guide and inspire pupils and offer advice about all aspects of the music industry. “I’m really looking forward to sharing all the knowledge I’ve gained over the years about songwriting, production, performing, recording and releasing,” says Dominic. “I am hugely excited to be working with Ashley Marshfield and the team at King’s and hope that I can help inspire a new generation of pupils.”

“The establishment of our first ever Musician in Residence is an incredibly exciting moment for us,” says Headmaster, Mr Radley. “King’s is already renowned for the quality of its music and bringing Dominic onboard means that the musical variety and breadth being offered to our pupils will be enhanced even further. Dominic has sold millions of records and played to huge crowds all over the world, and I have no doubt that he will be a source of inspiration, as well as practical insight, support and guidance to our pupils. We can’t wait for him to get started.”
