Cricket: Boys' 1st XI vs Westonbirt School
The Rock Concert was a fantastic evening of live music, showcasing the talent, energy and enthusiasm of both pupils and staff. The opening band, comprising pupils from both King’s and Sexey’s, demonstrated just how much progress they have made this year and are now looking forward to a busy summer of gigs. Other highlights of the evening included performances from the staff band, featuring Mr Lowry on guitar, who retires from King’s this summer after many years of dedicated service to the school. The concert also saw the debut appearance of newly formed band Stainton & Sons, who impressed with their stage presence. Featuring a wide range of rock classics and contemporary favourites, the evening created a memorable atmosphere and provided a fitting celebration of music-making at King’s.
